In this Bayesian network meta analysis, researchers compared pharmacologic interventions for migraine treatment. There was no clear superior choice for single-agent pain control, but chlorpromazine IV/IM was among the most effective for adequate pain relief at two hours, and IV/IM ketorolac was possibly among the worst.
